Tulfarris Hotel Wedding Golf Resort Wicklow 1

Tulfarris Hotel Wedding Golf Resort Wicklow

It was a big pleasure to document the wedding. The couple picked lovely venue to get married in. It was Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort near Blessington County Wicklow. It’s only 45 minutes drive from Dublin city and less than half an hour drive from M50. As a photographer I love this wedding venue because it is more than the hotel, Tulfarris is one of the most picturesque hotels in Wicklow, also carefully restored 18th century Manor house has the most stunning rooms for your wedding. It does not matter what sort of weather is gonna be, there are lots of places you can take stunning pictures of the couples. I would say that Tulfarris is the premium Wicklow Wedding venue.

The bride was getting ready at Manor House. The beautiful details of the wedding dress shots and very relaxed energy around the room was captured during bridal preparations, create a nice story.

The ceremony and the reception were at the same venue so the couple had more time to enjoy with their family and friends, there were lots of smiles, happiness and love. Guests were cheerful and you could feel the very positive atmosphere there. The groom gave a very emotional speech, he did not have a written text, his speech came from the bottom of his heart and it was one of the best speeches I have heard. Late on the night the music band “After Dark” pulled everyone to the dance floor and it was a good craig.

Enjoy that lovely story.

Rathsallagh House Weddings

Home was a great place to set the mood for the wedding day. I really enjoyed capturing bridal preparation at home as it gives you a chance to get to know her family. The groom’s family was just up the road, so I made a visit to his home also. I was welcomed by everyone except for the dog, which growled all the time.

Wedding ceremony was at Dunlavin Church followed by a reception at Rathsallagh House. It’s Ireland’s most romantic, exclusive and private wedding venue. Only one hour from Dublin airport in west Wicklow on the Kildare border and less than 20 minutes drive from Newbridge, Kildare, Naas or Carlow. I enjoyed walking among the guests to take the best pictures and to document the stories unfold as the hours went by. While the guests enjoyed tea, coffee and wine at the fireplace in warm and cosy reception we went for a short and sweet photo session.

It was lovely to see the sun on the day, which really gave a lovely mood for the pictures on winter wedding. I really enjoyed to document the speeches, it’s all about showing the emotions of all the family and friends. Once a good band was ready to play, dance floor was a perfect place for the guests to end the day.

And as always, in Rathsallagh House, before I left we went for one picture at the three.

It was truly a beautiful summers day. I enjoyed documenting the story as preparation begun in the morning at Balyna house. The groom was getting ready in the house also. So, I was running between two rooms to make sure I do not miss anything. It’s always interesting to see the difference between boys and girls preparation, usually the time is taken. The couple exchanged their vows in the stunning, unique Stone House and the love was floating around the room. The confetti on the exit gave an amazing feeling to all the guests, the couple and me. While everyone had a great time at the reception, myself and a couple sneaked out for half an hour for some amazing pictures.

Their wedding was one of the loveliest weddings I had documented recently and I was glad they invited me along.

Faithlegg House Wedding 4

Faithlegg House Wedding

It was the first time I had worked at Faithlegg House in county Waterford, the place with fresh inspiration for photography. The bride and groom were getting ready there also, so I had a great opportunity to tell the story about them from the morning. They exchanged their vows in emonial ceremony in Catholic Church of Saint John the Baptist, Crooke, County Waterford. I am delighted that I had an opportunity to cover ceremony like this. The reception was very warm and welcoming. The guests were chatting happily as they enjoyed drinks of their choice at the personal bar at the back of the garden in Faithlegg House. The favorite part of the wedding was speeches, especially fathers’ of the bride emotional speech, brides’ tears and her laugh the next minute. The wedding ended on the dance floor full of madness. It was a joy to document these moments and to share it with them on more than a perfect day.

Kilkea Castle Wedding 5

Kilkea Castle Wedding

Sometimes you don’t need many words to describe the most beautiful winter weddings I have documented, only few is enough for the wedding that took place in a place like magical Kilkea Castle. Elegant bride, handsome groom who had trusted me to document their journey. Gorgeous bridesmaids, coolest groomsmens and a good weather between winter showers. That’s all! Enjoy photos

Ballybeg House Wedding 6

Ballybeg House Wedding

I have no words to describe how happy I am to be a part of their journey. From start to finish the wedding day was so emotional and I loved to document it. I am always excited to return to Ballybeg House in County Wicklow for a wedding day as it is a fantastic place. It’s truly a special, magical country house which is a set of rolling parkland and large mature gardens in the heart of the garden county.

I popped in to Groom whilst he got ready at Ballybeg Dairy, I captured small details during his preparation to create the foundation of the great story. The Bride was getting ready at Grouse Lodge on the morning of the wedding. The Grouse Lodge is Originally built in the middle of the 19th century and is located on the other side of Ballybeg hill and only less than 10 min drive from the main house. It is a very romantic, personal and a private retreat hidden amongst Wicklow mountains. Very relaxed and emotional energy was floating around the room.

The ceremony took place among family and friends at a very personal Ayers ceremony room. It was intimate and magical with cheerful and romantic moments, lots of smiles and happy tears. I truly enjoyed every moment of their emotional ceremony, exchange of the rings and their vows, every moment of it. At the reception guests were chatting happily as they enjoyed their drinks and good company around them followed to Victorian style marquee for the meal. The dance floor was full of madness as you can see in the pictures.

Enjoy the real, magical wedding story from the heart of Wicklow!
